Shop Policies

Shipping

Oils ship from Florida by USPS. Shipping is a flat $5.00 per order anywhere in the United States, however many oils you choose. Orders of $40 or more in oils ship free. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping.

I can only ship within the US from this site for now. If you're outside the US, my Etsy shop ships to many countries.

Digital downloads

Your download link appears on the thank-you page right after checkout and works for 7 days. Save the PDF somewhere safe. If you lose it, email [email protected] or message me on Instagram with your order details and I'll send it again.

All sales final

All sales are final, including digital downloads. If your order arrives damaged (or I sent the wrong thing), email [email protected] or message me on Instagram within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel an oil order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn't shipped yet: email [email protected] or message me on Instagram.

Payment & privacy

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site. I only use your name, email, and address to fulfill your order. Your cart is saved in your own browser, and this site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
